Find All-inclusive Hotel in Zona Dorada

"Hotel was amazing, food & service, hotel rooms need attention to detail, cosmetic touches that don’t make it look like it’s falling apart, in my rooms bathroom specially the shower ceiling was broke it’s looked horrible but I only stayed there 2 nights. Besides that everything was good "

"I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues."
