The management is unprofessional The first couple of days were ok buffet Style breakfast. After that food was ration To one plate per guest. Stayed for 6nights on Sep302024 when we asked for Clean sheets manager said is not possible and And to Take my business somewhere else. Also water was reduced to 2hrs in the morning 2hrs in the evening. They offered a discount when we said how can you clean a bathroom without water.. very unsanitary way of cleaning. Felt so bad for ladies working there.

Instalaciones modernas y execelente atención del personal, excelente que ofrecen agua, hielo, café y té de cortesia. Los cuartos son muy pequeños, el desayuno son solo 3 platillos y solo varía uno, además de que entré semana termina a las 10 y una vez que comienzan a recoger ya no se puede tomar nada.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Durante mi estancia, se presentaron varios cortes de luz, uno de ellos duró más de 5 horas. Esto provocó que dejara de funcionar el aire acondicionado, no hubiera agua en baños y regaderas, y los elevadores también quedaron fuera de servicio. La situación se volvió realmente incómoda. Además, la actitud del personal administrativo fue pésima. Parecían demasiado estrictos con los horarios de check-in, check-out y desayuno. Incluso si faltaban solo un par de minutos para el inicio del desayuno, no permitían ni tomar un café. La falta de flexibilidad fue una verdadera incomodidad. No recomiendo este hotel.
