"This is a really nice place building is old but everything works Great....love the pool and the beach acces private beach only for guests Dining opcion on site and all around....nice view of the ocean....the only thing i dindt like it was the SMAL BATHROOM...other than that everything else was grea 9/10"

"Excelente opción para estar en el corazón de la fiesta en Acapulco! Si no tienes broncas con las fiestas pues enfrente están varios antros. Aun parece que se encuentra en ruinas y en renovación… esperemos estén al 100 en breve y abran de nuevo su restaurante"

"Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!! "

"La mujer joven en la recepción era increíblemente poco profesional y adversarial, sin ninguna buena razón. Encienden la unidad de aire acondicionado vieja y mal mantenida con un control remoto y luego llevan el control remoto a la oficina, dejar a los huéspedes sin forma de controlar la temperatura en la habitación. "Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!.. "

"No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby."
