"Safe, easy to walk to many restaurants in the area. Easy to get an uber or taxy, and most of all the staff. Very very friendly staff. Laundry service, and ATM services inside the hotel area, also a breakfast buffet and a restaurant that has many food options within the hotel and a bar. The room has a separate living room with a kitchen. I always have a great experience. This would be my third long stay while visiting Guatemala 🇬🇹 ❤️ "

"The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. They offered a few items for sale at the front desk. They had a small restaurant and bar, but did not offer a lot food, but good if you just want a snack. There are good restaurants within walking distance and many tourist attractions as well. We really liked our room, which had a large window overlooking the pool. The pool was small and too cold (for me) to swim in, but pretty and enjoyable listening to the small waterfall...

"Excellent location, property is decorated antique style as it's name suggests. The breakfast is very good. There are no elevators some rooms only have a small 11X14 mirror in the bathroom. Staff is very accommodating if you ask for more toiletries, towels and water. We stayed here twice on our visit, it's only 15 min away from the airport. Water in shower is not hot...it's warm. There's a pub and coffee shop right next door. Also great eateries nearby all within walking distance. We felt safe...
