""The HOST" should be the most accurate if I can describe the experience in a simple expression. Marcos has been an amazing host, from the beginning during the check-in you have the sensation that you are staying in a second home away from home. He goes the extra mile in guest experience and knows the best places to visit dining and chill out with friends or alone nearby. "Only 2 weaknesses are no food available close and weak WiFi. Overall though was a great place to stay 5 mins from airport and shuttle was given right when we were ready to go. No waiting around for pick up times. As for the food they were more than helpful in ordering in. Nice room, location and staff. "

"Bathroom didn't flush, the shower barely worked, my room was not clean when I got there - they were supposed to clean it before I returned at night but didn't. I had to park on the street. I don't think they even changed the sheets of the bed, it was a bad experience."
