"We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Guatemala and it always been excellent. In this visit the only thing that did not measure up was the house keeping. The room was not cleaned (all needed to be made was the bed) although we called to request the service. "

"The loft we stayed in was great and we used the kitchen often. Grocery store right across the street and TecoCoffeeShop is adjacent and delicious. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Zona 10 is vibrant, safe, and convenient (easy airport commute). The apartments are inside the open air shopping mall, that again provides an extra level of security.
