"For a dated property this was nice. Very clean and quiet. The shower was excellent. The dining room was good, the staff was excellent. They were very friendly , helpful and pleasant. The beach was not very good. The sand was very hard on bare feet and going into the water is not advised because of the rip tide. That made it so we only walked on the beach one time. That is something we both really enjoy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We would come back. The top reason for us was the peace and quiet. "

El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada

"Overall it was an excellent experience. Our one and only complain was that the servers seemed understaffed and the kitchen/drinks around the pool areas sometimes can take awhile to come, but was always worth the wait."
