"What an incredible stay at the Wellness hotel. The Alpine Chic Room was wonderful, large, and the view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. The service was wonderful and the staff incredibly kind. The breakfast was a 10/10. We loved the central location of the hotel and the spa was amazing and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. "

"Overall it is the 2nd best hotel we stayed at during our trip. It would be the best if not for the so-so breakfast buffet experience. We stayed 2 nights, the first day's breakfast we unfortunately encountered the one lady working as the hostess hat morning who was less than welcoming and didn't even let us know we can order eggs (included with breakfast buffet). She also was so loud and chatty with this other guest who speaks the same language. I also observed how she spoke with another couple who arrived to inquire about breakfast. Her interaction with them, and the language/tone she used was quite rude and dismissive. She pretty much left them hanging and not really providing any guidance at all even though she is the hostess. Thankfully the second day, it was a new crew, and they were much much better and very nice. "

"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests for the 2nd night stay as the there was no power at the hotel (not their fault as the whole town didn’t have town, infact the whole valley was without power for 2 days. On our 3rd night they only charged us token gesture of 50 franks per person which was really cheap. Absolutely amazing staff and policy of the hotel. Amazing spacious room with spa facilities at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are definitely an asset to this hotel. "

"An unbeatable view with Matterhorn day and night. Very spacious and comfort room. Nice staff. Location is a bit far from train station but it is acceptable as just walk along the Main Street of Zermatt for shopping."

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which had the perfect view of the Matterhorn. Also close to the train station and had a free shuttle service. "

"Great location to ski lifts and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included. Spa was nice as well. Loved the balcony view of mountains. "
