"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa de la Palma very much! The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We stayed in both the deluxe and regular rooms and both had everything a traveler could need. Also the continental breakfast included with the room was fantastic and all the additional options in the restaurant were delicious! "

"Had a bad experience in the restaurant with the waiter. Did not make us feel welcome at all and we heard him talking to the bartender saying we were Americans. Didnt let us sit where we wanted and it WAS NOT busy at all. Also didnt have tonic water for our drinks which was on the menu. Other than that experirnce, it was excellent. "

"I hope someone at property management sees this and realizes how incredibly valuable a long term amazing staff is to get returning customers. Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us, especially with my mobility issuse. "
