The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. "All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan!
