"Great stay here and yummy breakfast and dinner. After snow monkey it was great to use their outdoor hot spring! The owner also provide drop off service to either take the bus or train back to nagano. We will come back for sure! "

"Really fantastic stay. Both for the experience, and easy location to the monkey park (which the staff provided a free shuttle to and from). Decided to go for half board - breakfast/dinner - and the food was SO good, especially the second night’s dinner. Staff were all wonderful and attentive and the Onsen (indoor and outdoor) was the perfect way to end the day. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again if I’m back in the area."
