"The view from this property outweighs any minor inconveniences. It is the most spectacular vista right outside your doorstep. The kitchen worked well, but I do suggest bringing some salt despite a full array of other spices and seasonings. The outdoor shower looked fun and adventurous; however, it did not work. So, the large bathtub had to do! Overall, this was an amazing stay. Highly recommend if you want to connect with nature and be in absolute solitude."

"Amazing place to vacation if you want to get away from cities! There were some hiccups at check-in but the owner was very communicative and we were able to resolve the issue. The location is quite remote so you need to cook all your meals, but the kitchen is really well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. "The scenery was beautiful. The wifi didn't work and we had no service but we didn't mind cause we enjoyed getting away not having to worry about anything. The beds were not the best hard to sleep on. The kitchen was perfect for being able to cook. The bathrooms were also nice Overall we enjoyed our stay; the owners were super friendly and welcoming. "Lovely home in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the screened porch and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our 3 adult children and their partners. It was a great "home base" for visiting our friends in Abiquiu and at Ghost Ranch, shopping in Santa Fe, and hiking at Bandelier and in the Carson National Forest. "Staying at this property is a unique adventure. After a few days we settled in, but there is more the hosts need to disclose before people book. "43 acre private property" does not suggest there are many houses next to one another, which there are. We thought we'd be all alone, and there was a house a few yards from us. You don't learn about the wildlife - stray dogs, roaming cattle, bear, etc. until you read the check-in book. They should disclose this before people book, not after you are...

"We enjoyed the gorgeous views and rustic and creative New Mexico style of the Biblioteca. Kitchen was complete for cooking meals, bedroom was comfortable, cozy and warm in the winter, and the cobblestone shower and bathroom were unique and fun. The porch with couch and table were perfect for sunsets with a glass of wine looking out at Pedernal Mountain. "

"Well stocked house, everything we needed was there. Great communications with the host and she add points of interest not on any searches! Clean and nicely decorated, like being at home. There is a 200 yard road that is a bit rough if in a smaller car, but it is passable."
