There are many rules and fees posted on the walls that you do not know about until you arrive which could sway someone to pick another place. "Well maintained, clean, cozy, quiet, and a short drive to town. The river runs just behind a block fence in the backyard. The river can be heard while sitting on the elevated back deck. This property is a great place to stay!"

"The view from this property outweighs any minor inconveniences. It is the most spectacular vista right outside your doorstep. The kitchen worked well, but I do suggest bringing some salt despite a full array of other spices and seasonings. The outdoor shower looked fun and adventurous; however, it did not work. So, the large bathtub had to do! Overall, this was an amazing stay. Highly recommend if you want to connect with nature and be in absolute solitude."
