"Good location next to Fujisawa station that connects to Kamakura, Enoshima and Yokohama. Good buffet-style breakfast and comfortable bed to sleep. They have paid coin washing and drying machines onsite. As a solo traveler, unable to use their Tuk tuk services to Enoshima though (min 4 people group required) which was a bummer. Otherwise, pretty good stay!"

"This was one of my favorite hostel experiences ever. Makoto, Ana, and Karen are the nicest staff ever, we extended out stay multiple days because we met other amazing people staying at this hostel and became very familiar with Kamakura. Kamakura should be a multi-day trip and you should definitely stay at Iza Kamakura House if you want a really comfortable and laid back place to stay. "

You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"I didn't realize this was a hostel. Pretty bummed when I showed up at the property and realized that. Not a fan of the checkin process- very cold, impersonal, and time consuming. Though a girl finally did show up to help a bit at the end. It was close to the train station, beach, and Enoshima Island which was nice. "
