"The only the negative thing I have to say about this place is not really a negative at all; it is far from downtown, but RIGHT next to the Osaka Shinkasen station which I cannot explain how convenient that is. It’s comfy, clean, staff are nice, and beds are comfy. I would stay here again. "

"The Hotel is near a train station, and not too far to walk to Shin-Osaka station. The room is small. The major complain I had for this hotel is that we booked our hotel for 10 nights with breakfast at Hotels.com, but when we are going to check-in they only gave us 1 day free breakfast since they're policy is 1 day free on each stay (regardless how long it will be). So for the whole 10 days of stay we were able to get 1 free breakfast.If you want to take there breakfast you have to pay."

"The staff was great. Food was good. Property and such are showing their age but are well maintained. Is still within what I consider walking distance of the train station though other modes of getting about are well before that. "

"I love this place. Big, comfortable bed and large shower and tub area. Room have everything you would need to relax after wandering around Osaka or making a day trip close by. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Great place, stayed here many times before and will stay again! I thank the wonderful people at Hotel Fine for having me. "
