"Brilliant place to stay for a stop-off while travelling or as a base for exploring this lovely part of the south-west, it is a really easy and comfortable place. We were in room 1 which had nice views of the church and was right next to the well-equipped kitchen area where you can go and make yourself a drink or relax in the lounge. Access is via two pin-secured doorways and then the room key, so it feels really secure. The place was warm, well decorated and with very comfy bed. Only...

"The place is under new management who offered a warm welcome, a clean room, done up the place as best they could. The place still has a few issues from being taken over eg shower not draining well and a new mattress due but the new team are trying hard to make a go of it and are trying to make good."

"Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people...

"Our free upgrade to a beautiful king size room with balcony was just what we were looking for in our short Torquay stay. The whole hotel was clean, our bathroom was spotless, the balcony had wonderful views of surrounding villas, green areas and of course the sunny view down to the water! Ganesh couldn’t have been more welcoming upon arrival and he provided us with all the information we needed. We had a super comfortable night on the mattress and the room had stunning high ceilings yet felt...

"The inn it self is amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They are in a difficult place with renovating I think, but have to say the cobwebs or dust webs were very noticeable but the bed was superb and the carpet very good and clean. Just missing handle on the door to room so had to use key to try and pull shut and the bathroom door handle on the inside broken to quite a sharp point which I had found out at night using the toilet lol.
