"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. The bathroom in my room was not very clean, a bit moldy and gunk on the floor. The breakfast is one of the nicest of any hotel I’ve...

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Never ever stay at this hotel. Not worth the price. The room is not available although past the check in time. Air conditioner and the light are not working properly. We have to take off the room key in order to switch off the light. They have charged my credit card twice for my stay. The staff are not very helpful in solving the problem. Still waiting for the refund."
