"The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. "Hotel is very conveniently located,in the center of Beijing and right outside a subway station. The staff speak english well enough and is mostly competent. However, there was quite a long queue for check-in every afternoon. Room was confortable and clean, but like the rest of the hotel, it is kind of outdated. "Please don’t choose this hotel, the terrible service, the property very old and the staff was not friendly. When I ask for early check out, I told receptionist already in the morning , then after they change the other staff, they just very rude told me they don’t know ? Never heard? I need to call Expedia customer service. Also 1:30 PM they told me if Expedia not send email to this hotel before 2:00 PM. "A wonderful hotel with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast has many options, including coffee station, juice station, western and Chinese foods, amd fresh fruits. Has a nice fitness center. Walking to distance to fast food options, like KFC and a mall with upscale stores and Wumart, which is a grocery store. I highly recommend this hotel."
