"Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout. "This location is great if you are going to the Disney parks as it has a pretty efficient and convenient free shuttle. There are a few department stores within walking distance. It is about an hour metro ride into Tokyo station so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has a more retro vibe like a 90’s Californian feel but if you stay high enough in a west facing room (we were on 14) you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear morning and the Disney fireworks at night."

"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. "Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
