"We had many hiccups do to the credit card approval thing, and Josh was a very patient customer service helper guy who talked to my ex mother in law for what seemed like an hour, her not happy in ANY way, trying to help her find out how to send this attached file email. Great customer service here! Everyone was wonderful with my son ❤️🧡"

"This hotel stay was great. The staff that we came across was friendly. The hotel had everything you needed in one building. Plenty of food choices to choose from. The convenience of parking in garage with hotel key was great. The view we had of the falls was nice, although they are currently working on developing more in the area right now. It will be better in the future after all is complete. The shower is nice, however water does leak a lot onto the mat provided. There need to be a better way to keep water from flowing too mich out of showers. Also there are some days when you may jear the train and planes since it is near enough to airport. Even with thise experiences it is not bad at all."
