The hotel was nice, and the room had a pull out bed we weren't expecting. The area is right across from the convention center but on a no concert night, it was less than ideal.

Our overall experience was excellent. The kids loved the waterpark and I loved the convenience of the room and the comfortable bed. Only cons would be the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Time for a new mattress.

We have been staying here for many years over Christmas and it’s always kinda crazy getting checked in. I think a 3rd or 4th person on staff for that would be amazing. Esp if they are sold out. Standing in line for 30-45 minutes is a bit much

We love this hotel and have never had the chance to have a poolside room. We will now ALWAYS ask for one, the staff was super nice. It seemed I forgot alot of toiletries and they provided them.

The perfect spot in Sioux Falls with children! The waterpark was a huge hit with our 5 year old, the staff were welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back next time were stopping through Sioux Falls!
