"The Location, a short walk from Kensington Gardens, and the staff were amazing. There’s a Tube Station and city bus stop directly across from the gate to the gardens. "Can't really fault the place for the price. The room and lounge/reception had up an to date look and seemed to be recently furnished. My room had everything you'd expect. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It didn't have much of a view, just at another building close opposite. Like other reviews suggesting thin walls, I did notice noise travelled well when people talked in the corridor. For me, it was quiet mostly however, and there are multiple signs requesting quiet.
