"We had an extremely relaxing stay. The area is gorgeous…loved being close to the water. We brought our dog and it was great to let him run and play and just be a dog. Did have a few issues with a few appliances, but the host was super quick to bring a new remote and coffee pot. All in all we would stay again!"

"We made a great choice in choosing the Riverfront Retreat for our Thanksgiving celebration. The large dining table fit our group and its close proximity to the kitchen made serving and cleanup a breeze. One bedroom is set apart from the others which worked perfectly for one couple who ducked out at 5am to catch a flight out of Dulles (about an hours drive) without disturbing others in the group. We enjoyed hiking in Seven Bends State Park and even toured the Shenandoah Caverns (a short drive)....

"This property is perfect. The interior, with its wood finish, gives off the perfect cabin vibe. The kitchen and dining room are spacious. There are many bedrooms with great beds. The game room downstairs is great for those who want to spend time inside. The patio outside with the firepit is absolutely a plus. I have never been in a place with a more beautiful view.
