"My husband and I absolutely loved this little place 😊 It is super close to just about anything you need, and plenty of activities in the area with beautiful views. The barn is super cute, clean and comfortable. The fact that we could bring our American Bully with us was a huge bonus. It was his first trip, and he definitely had as much fun as we did 💜 The property owners are also extremely nice and responsive to messages. We would absolutely stay here again. "

We had to keep all the garbage in the house the entire weekend. Location is ok. There is a train track behind his house which really didn't bother us but the race track did. "Hubby and I were in town for a wedding with our 21 year old son. We were walking distance from some great local stops and just a short drive from anything we needed and plenty to do. Next trip we’d like to take advantage of hiking options we didn’t have time for this trip. Sooooo much better than a hotel, this place is loaded with character and comfort touches a plenty and provided everyone a nice balance of privacy and togetherness! Great stay!"

"We were in Luray for a family wedding. This is a beautiful home in a quiet and serene neighborhood yet close to downtown. Nicely decorated, clean and updated. Plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful outdoor space. Enjoyed watching the cows in the pasture across the road as we sipped on our morning coffee on the front porch. Wish we could have stayed longer! "Our family had a great time at Cliffside Falls over Thanksgiving. The house was terrific…roomy and clean, with every amenity, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all. The hikes to the falls were amazing and a spectacular sight we will long remember. Rick was also a very welcoming host, and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend and love to return!"

"Such a nice getaway and so very cozy. We spent the weekend here as a getaway following our wedding. It was a quiet area and the layout was great for me with mobility issues and the yard is incredible and a great place for dogs, we had our service animals with us and the amenities they provided for dogs were great too. We will definitely try to stay again."
