"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Easy to get into, great location for sightseeing and for Vienna pass bus stops. The only problem for us was the heating, centrally controlled, and much too hot. We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. No English tv channels, slippers or iron and hairdryer was awkward to use with holding handle down, but none of this particularly mattered to us because...

"Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities. "Chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight. There were a lot of negatives unfortunately. There was a stink from the sewer through out as the common washroom was ajar. The same stink pervaded our room washroom also. The shower stall has no place for keeping our soap dish. There was no soap provided and the dispenser near the sink was empty. We travel with our own toileteries, so we made do. Main issue was that the owner refused to take part payment in forints. We have done so in...

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"
