"The Hotel is lovely when you drive in although it is easy to miss the entrance. Our room was in the Coach House and was clean but a little dated. The Spa is lovely and clean but lacks beds for the amount of people that visit it, and the changing rooms lack personal changing lockers. The Sauna and the steam room are not very hot but again they were nice and clean and you can hire a robe, towel and slippers for £10 per person for the duration of your stay. Although we did not get a treatment...

"We booked two rooms for one night. Both rooms had large beds, good facilities and were clean. Breakfast was lovely with the usual full English and continental available. The only problem was as it was a Saturday night one of the rooms had a problem with noise from the street of revellers. Very friendly staff and the refurbishment is not a problem."

"Myself, daughter and 2 children stayed 3 nights in a family room recently. The hotel is perfect for heading into the town and just a short walk from all the attractions. Car park was easy to get too. Room was comfortable and housekeeping were fantastic. . Tea , coffee and biscuits were available in the room and replenished every day. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food. Staff were lovely and really helpful. I would stay here again."
