The barn was a nice surprise - everyone enjoyed games of ping pong, cornhole, & basketball! The owner was attentive & responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed nearby attractions & restaurants. "This is a small backyard apartment a block away from downtown Wiscasset. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but with enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The house was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Wiscasset. There was a grill and patio for those who wanted to cook outside. The was a washer and dryer available. "

"Our group, and our pooch Junie B, had a wonderful two weeks! The house was spacious which was appreciated as a few people in our party had to work for part of the trip. Either the sleeping porch or TV rooms make great offices by the way. We loved the peek-a-boo view of the Sheepscot River although we only made the attempt to go down to the waterside once due to its steep and rocky nature. We were warned! "Charming rustic cottage situated on the water. The outdoor area was perfect for our needs, featuring a fire pit and ample comfortable seating. The dock was fantastic for swimming, relaxing, and securing our boat. Each day, we explored a different destination by boat, indulging in local dining and taking in the stunning views. The house was spacious, a clean, with a mix of older furnishings and brand new upgrades, as well as the owner’s extensive art collection.
