"My sister and I flew down to pick up our brother’s cremains and is was super easy to book and made it very stress free. We encountered two amazing employees, Jill who showed how much she truly loved the Rosen family and their business, Mr. Rosen’s amazing leadership before his passing. Jill works in the buffet area and has been with Rosen Hotel for 37 years and has endless knowledge about the history behind it. She should be given a promotion or a new position should be created for her as community ambassador for the Rosen properties. She was kind, warm and caring even for the few minutes we talked with her. Also, at the check in desk, Adair assisted us and he was an absolute pleasure to talk with for the short time I was at the counter. Great sense of humor as well, both of them made our short more serious stay amazing and we will definitely recommend Rosen Hotels and hope they stack around for another 50 years of great service and hospitality.
