"Overall, it’s a great hotel with amazing amenities. However, when trying to checkout, the person at the desk seemed completely overwhelmed, was rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. To top it off, she was “training” someone. I hope that trainee realized that was a non example for customer service. "

"We chose this place because the price was right and the location was perfect. We wanted to explore Calistoga and to have restaurants and shops right outside our door.
