"On arrival I waited at the reception counter for a while as the receptionist was out the back on his phone and didn’t know that I was there for 10 minutes. When the receptionist appeared he was friendly and checked me in then accompanied me to my room & let me in. When he left me I had a look round and soon realised that the room was filthy & pretty much everything in the room was broken. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting & the shower was unusable for anyone taller than 2ft. To add to that...
