"This is an our second visit and as always the staff make it worthwhile. The property is clean and the pool is excellent. While I love this place and the staff are excellent and and the guests have always been friendly, but the place really does need updating and redecorating as the paint work looks cracked and worn. The TV’s good do with updating to smart tv’s and the ancient looking speaker boxes need replacing as after 2 visits I still cannot work out how to use and a simple Bluetooth speaker...

"Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again! "

"This place was a little oasis in the desert of madness. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the pool was lovely. Rooms were airy , large and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was a 400 metre walk away down a busy main road to a bar which was too noisy for us but they can deliver it for no charge. We ordered the poached eggs and they arrived still warm and runny!! We ate them on our veranda overlooking the pool listening to the birds tweet. A great place to stay. "

"Lovely, charming hotel with lovely garden and pool. Off the busy main road, down a short side road. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back. A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips. "

"not a 5 star but it has features that make it almost feel 5 star you dont get at many places like all ground floor, a pool right outside your door spacious rooms..rooms not all same however after staying in 3 different rooms one had human height removable showerhead other two had retrofitted bathtub arrangement with removable showerhead but have to get on knees to use as 4 ft hose attached to bathtub spout. and they dont want flushing of tp but other than the bathrooms not being stellar...
