"There was no one at location to open the apartment, I couldn't enter the room, had to leave and find another place, never refunded me, claimed it's not refundable, even after explained there was no service at locations they refused to refund. Arrogant over the phone"

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The lobby is warm and welcoming with old-world charm. The rooms have a rustic feel with natural wood doors and floors. You feel like you've stepped back in time. Cassell's serves great food at a reasonable price. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive. The Normandie Club is just a few doors down and serves an excellent Old Fashioned at a very reasonable price during Social Hour (6-8 pm). My only real complaint was the noise. The...
