"The house & host exceeded our expections. This was the first time we have brought our dogs on a getaway, the house & yard was perfect for us. The house centrally located to so many great activities"

"Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. "

"This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again."

"No tenía agua en el vanyti la casa estaba muy fría un solo calefactor en toda la casa por táctil los que estaban conectado no era suficiente tenía una fuga de agua en sima de la cama y la cama se mojó toda no pudimos dormir en toda la noche les mandé foto y vídeo a la dueña y solo dijo que no podía hacer nada "

"This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area. "

"The house was perfect for our 4 day stay for Thanksgiving holiday with family. We had a few glitches in the checking in process as I'm not schooled in using a code to get into garages. Once I called and got instructions we were good to go! The house was clean and linens smelled fresh! Would definitely stay again while visiting family in the Wilmington area."

"We went to visit our grandson and his wife and meet our 7 week old great grandson. We had an awesome time. House was great. Kitchen cabinets could be better organized. "

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"
