"We had a wonderful stay as we visited with our adult kids & 2 grandkids as they live close by. Having all the toys for our 2 1/2 yr old grandson was a huge bonus. I loved the walking trail at the end of the main road. This house is great & close to shopping & restaurants too. We enjoyed a trip to the Krishna Conservatory too. "

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"

A few minor issues with the house - no bathmats, window blind in bedroom with a desk is broken, couldn't get dishwasher to start at checkout, and two ice trays isn't enough for several adults. Shower stall in first floor bathroom is tiny. Living room couch is tired."

"We were a family group of 7 senior adults. We live in different places and get together a couple of times a year. The Kettering location worked out well for us. It was convenient to the things we planned to do. The processes for booking, check-in, and check-out were smooth and easy. We ran into a delay at a restaurant on our last day.
