"Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. "Beautiful landscaped property with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax which was key for a large group aged 6-78!! Owners were extremely prompt and attentive to addressing any issues and answering any questions. Great location for Dayton and Cincinnati attractions. A heads up there is a sunken living room (2 steps down) and a sunken primary suite (2 steps down to the bed and 2 steps up to access the bathroom) which is key to know for any mobility issues. "This was a 3-night stay for my wife and me, our son's family and our daughter's family. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms provided very good sleeping and bathroom facilities for wedding prep. Also, we enjoyed the family room area and the large dining area that provided plenty of space for seating and family conversation. "

"It was a cute little place. The back needs lights of some sort once it gets dark cant see anything. The railing to the downstairs is not safe to use as a railing. Everything else was great and we had a good time. "
