"Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming."

"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. "What we loved the most was the location and it was very clean and comfortable. There were Very steep two floor stairs, it needs a little more attention to detail to make it a 5, for example, better quality TP, needs dish towels in the kitchen and soap for the dishwasher. "

"Exceeded my expectations. I knew that breakfast would be provided each morning. But I didn't know that Jeff is a restaurant chef and his wife Linda is a CIA trained pastry chef. "Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. He moved us to a larger room with two beds immediately. We did have to move out of that room the following morning at checkout but again, Ben saved the day with yet another room with two beds to help us out. It's very odd for a front desk representative to be as helpful as they all were. All in all, we saw a total of 3 rooms and they were all beautiful. Will definitely stay again. "

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The 24hr shuttle service was really great when I needed a ride late at night. Made my flight getting cancelled and unable to get home more tolerable. Thank you! "

SUPER BOWL Bound from Philly!!

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "
