"We came down for dance convention. The house was good, but we had some concerns with the back bedroom and the side door. The back bedroom floor was cracked and gave in one spot when you walked on it. It felt very unstable. We did not allow any of our girls to stay in this room for fear of it braking and them falling through. We also had some concerns with the side door as the doorknob was very loose, to the point we were afraid it would fall off."

"The property was nice. I booked this place because it was on the river and I know the guys and I would enjoy that after a long day at work. It was winter down in Alabama and even though it was nice the week we were there, the week prior have 7 inches of snow. I say that because the pool and the outside of the property could have been better maintained. Overall, the trip was nice and enjoyable. I would stay here again with my crew if the opportunity presents itself. "

I read many reviews that mentioned the flooring, please don’t let that scare you away, the flooring could use replacing but for the price of our stay it was a great value & no one really minded the flooring.
