Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The keys to the house need labeling or key all locks the same. Also key wouldn't hardly come out of the lock after getting in. Need rug at front door. The instructions for the elevator need to be like close white door or house door then close elevator door. On or besides the elevator."

"The house is nice though some features are a bit dated. The views are great. You get a good view to the west as there is no only another house on that side. Great sunset view from the dining room. The windows and doors have low windows which the pups loved to look out. Cleaning crew had done a great job. There were minor maintenance issues which we told management about on checkout. "

"The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!"

"We loved our stay at beach funk! We spent a beautiful October week there. Easy access to the beach and all the beach towels, chairs, tents and toys you need! We even used the kayak! The wagon was such a help. Our toddler and infant grandchildren used the two pack n plays at the house-so nice not to have to bring those. Lots of toys , books and games for them, too! The house is large and has everything you need. We loved the large dining table and living area. We enjoyed sunrise and sunsets every...
