"This listing is literally placed in the best area in Mobile, Alabama. The space was very inviting yet, we were faced with a very strong cat odor/urine smell that we had to get out before we even unpacked. The cleanliness of this space was not the best. I hope that in the near future maybe a professional cleaner properly deep clean this listing. other than that, it was an OK stay."

"This midtown neighborhood is charming, quiet and centrally located to everything. The house is very clean and cozy, with a super comfy bed. Like sleeping on a hug. The kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. "

"Very quirky house with great potential however, the location of the house is just off the main road of a not so great part of town. The fountain in the photos made the house location appear much nicer than it is. The fountain wasn’t working and very overgrown. There are 2 other houses that share a “driveway”. The air didn’t work well so 3 of the guests had to sleep in the living room on couches and a pull out bed. The lock box holding the key was an old school combination lock that was hard to...

"The owner was super accommodating as we had booked at another rental and had to change the same day due to pest issues. The owner was able to get us into this home the same day and everything upon arrival was clean and ready. It is an older home but very large and the beds are comfortable, kitchen large as well as the living space and the pool clean with pool floats and umbrella for sitting outside. The view is stunning especially at sunset. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, "
