"It had more to offer than what the pictures showed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of privacy, comfortable and clean, and with a great view. The dock was taped off and awaiting repairs, but it did not affect the view at all! Hands down a great bargain and worth more than what I paid! "

"The location was perfect! The house worked great for our families! We had plenty of room. Our group was 15 people (8 adults, 7 children), our stay was 5 days. There was a few issues during our stay: The main complaint was we had no control over heating/cooling. Our stay was mid July, the house temp was between 74°-77° with 60-80% humidity (according to thermostat) the thermostat was set between 70°- 74° was set at different temps throughout the day.
