"The staff was friendly and very helpful. We did have a discrepancy in the number of days we paid for through our 3rd party vs what the hotel had us booked for, but they worked with us and got everything straightened out without a lot of hassle. The room was very clean. The bathroom and hallway did smell of sewer which was unpleasant but it was very clean so am unsure where the smell came from. "Loved the hotel itself. The entry way could be more pronounced as it was hard to find at first. Loved the walkability and the staff were very kind. Valet was awesome. Only problem in the area is the high prevalence of homelessness. We tried to go to a couple different spots but were dissuaded due to the drug abuse and homelessness. Nothing on part of the hotel itself. "
