"This was our first time staying at this property and will absolutely be returning guests. We loved everything about this condo and thank the owners for sharing their piece of paradise in Haile Plantation with us."

"Good communication with owner. There was a need for basic needs advertised but not at apt so after a call to owner, an order was delivered to door. The apt. is older but nicely updated and decorated. Apt. is off a busier road near hospital so lots of emergency vehicle/helicopter noise. Apt. needs some TLC as floors are buckled and needed to move a rug on top of area. Minus the few issues, may rating is a solid 4."

"Due to Hurricane Milton, my pets and I were displaced for over a month. I could not have had a more enjoyable time making the most of what could’ve been far more stressful. With all the special touches, like an inside hammock, beautiful houseplants, and twinkling lights, I felt like I was living in a Hallmark movie. "My family visited Gainesville to attend the annual medieval faire that we hadn't been to in years. I loved the fact that the condo we booked was right off the interstate, so easy to find and had plenty of available parking. The interior was bight, clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of elbow room for three adults and a child. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals in the evening (I loved the ceramic cookware) We were there for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean, easily accessible, needs porch screen, backyard quite peaceful, close to everything. Parking can be tricky as only one way in to condos. Recommend parking at the end so out is much easier. More than enough amenities. A great nights sleep would be greatly enhanced by the head of the bed against the wall and cotton pillowcases instead of silk. They travel all over the slick silk sheets and fall into the black hole at head of bed—preventing stacking pillows."

"We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. "The owner is wonderful to work with -- very kind and responsive. The apartment is older but was clean. We stayed 9 nights to visit with our daughter, and there was limited kitchen utensils, towels, kitchen towels for such a long stay. For a weekend, it would have been fine. There is limited sitting for comfort. No table or desk area. Couch is uncomfortable. A good price for a long stay in a good area. "

"This condo is is a very nice area. The condo is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. Construction (pounding, hammering, banging) began early on the roof each morning, when we were wanting to sleep in!
