"This is an old motel property that has been "remodeled" but is a bare bones motel. There was no attention to detail in the re-model project. Baseboards were still old and dirty or worn. Inexpensive for football weekend and that's why we stayed there. It was our second time staying here. We much prefer Hilton properties but they were either booked up or WAY too expensive. The staff was friendly and we saw no bugs, just a well worn property. "

"The hotel is very safe. I was a woman traveling alone and I always felt safe and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. I didn’t have an issue with the bed or using anything. "This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans??
