All the staff were friendly, courteous and professional, from the front desk to the staff in the Tack Room and to the housekeepers. There was a specific attention to detail and comfort. The room included a living area that made the suite very spacious and I loved the balcony!"

"We only stayed for a couple of days for an event, but we enjoyed our experience. The free breakfast was a plus! Only complaint, though it wasn't a deal breaker, was we got a lot of the noise from the parking lot and street."

"My 3-day stay was absolutely amazing. I was surprised to find out the hotel had been in existence for 7 years because it was so well kept that I thought it was newly established. There is nothing bad I can say about Hotel Indigo. The customer service was top notch, the grounds were immaculate, the rooms are well kept and comfortable and whatever I needed I got in a timely fashion. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Gainesville again. "
