"Everything was a nice order. Did not realize there was a gym in the hotel. Receptionist was helpful only problem was the reception was on the 4th floor rather than ground floor. Bed were comfortable and housekeepers were around to keep the rooms tidy "

"A fantastic stay! Arrived around 9pm after a long day at Alton towers to a very warm and friendly welcome from Georgia & Jamie. Georgia showed us to our rooms and was very thorough. Breakfast we were looked after by Sammi who was so understanding & helpful with our breakfast needs (me a veggie, my teenager a fussy eater and o/h on the carnivore diet!) when it came to pay the bill, we questioned the price due to a quoted price on our booking which was confirmed on the phone before our trip! Tracey the manager could not have been more helpful and we left it with her to look into for the day. The following morning we came for breakfast, to sammi already making our drinks as we had the morning before. (What a service!) I spoke with Tracey further about the bill questioned and she had resolved things for us with head office. Truly a fantastic stay and a very well cleaned and presented room as I understand thanks to Charlotte. Would highly recommend"
