"Great hotel andbonly minutes from East Midlands Airport, but... I travel a lot and the prices charged for food and drink are more appropriate for a Radisson in London, than somewhere off the M1. Felt like a rip off, which is a shame as rest of experience was great"

"Hotel was okay apart from the latch on the bedroom door being faulty. A little distressed about it as it was the day I checked in. I locked the door ready to settle down for the evening, but remembered that I had left something in my car. As I tried to exit the room the latch was stuck and had to phone reception who sent someone to break me out. The saving grace is that I needed to leave the room and that it did not happen during a fire! They did move me to another room unfortuantely it felt...

"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well. Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. "
