"Several colleagues and I stayed here for a conference in Springfield. While the location was fairly convenient and the house was very clean, there were areas that could be improved upon. We loved having several bathrooms but there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras for replacements. We ended up having to buys some. "The house is in a beautiful location and is setup wonderfully to joyfully cook a big meal with a group of people. The house is comfortable and inviting, if a bit worn down (chipping paint, rust, and some dusty shelves). The beds are comfortable as are the sitting and living rooms. The jetted bathtub in the pictures was out of order and there are instructions not to use the wood stoves. The hosts have very distinct instructions and their personality was clearly showcased. "

Can't beat the location of this house - it's absolutely beautiful, and very close to Old Sturbridge Village and a cute coffee shop we frequented during the long weekend. "This is a newly renovated carriage home. Very clean and easily and accommodated our party of 6. It's within walking distance to the downtown North Hampton area which made it very convenient. "House was very cozy BUT BUGS WERE FLYING AROUND IN EVERY ROOM. MAGGOTS WAS CRAWLING ON CEILING OF KITCHEN. OLD FOOD IN CABINETS HAD ADDITIONAL BUGS FLYING THROUGHT OUT THEM"
