"The house was perfectly located to central Lake City, and all the friends & family we were in town to visit. The open layout of the living area & kitchen was perfect for family meals, lounging and conversation. Communication with the host was excellent. "This is a very nice home in a gated community. The master suite is amazing. The pool was heated to perfection and its really close to shops and Wal-Mart. My only complaint is there was no electric or water at the dock. We had a great time at this house. I highly recommend this property."

"We didn't get to stay as planned. Our car broke down about 200 miles away. The host was so gracious with us. The check in process was going smoothly and communication with the host was fantastic. "We can't say enough how wonderful it was to stay at this house. The location was perfect, on a street right across from the Suwanee, near the State Park. The house was recently updated and immaculately clean. It had a lot of charm, too. "Chase's Retreat" is filled with wonderful artwork. Great communication by the owner. Could not ask for more.
