"This house is incredible. It is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. There was a space for everything. A game area, very well stocked kitchen, dining room table, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside area was wonderful to sit out in during the morning and evenings. Our host was as very responsive and gracious. We have stayed in several homes and this is by far our favorite. "

"The house was as shows. The only thing I noticed was the air filter cover was dusty and the shower curtain could be replaced. Other than that the house was spotless. The homeowner communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed and got checked in ok. The house is also located perfectly in between multiple state and national parks to the north, east, and west. I would stay here again. "

"This was the perfect spot for a couple of families to stay while in Redding playing baseball! It had ample sleeping space as well as plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax after a long day of baseball! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items need to cook meals for our families. It was very clean and well maintained! And the owners were super quick to respond with any questions! We will definitely stay again when we are back in that area!! "
