"Very disappointing place. On Hotels.com they said they were four or five star hotel. They are maybe 2.5 stars. They said they had a business centre. They did not. They said they provided wireless internet. There was no internet available on my floor the entire time I was there. They claimed to have seven restaurants. Nope. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The carpets and coverings were stained. The check in (entrance) area had action movies blaring from morning till late at night, which...

"Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness! We will be back!"
