"I stayed here for 4 days. Overall a good hotel with very comfortable and clean room. The room service to clean the room was really nice and did a good job daily. The front desk ladies during the day were not very friendly and few times I had asked them with directons or to help with Uber drivers (as I had one incident when the Uber driver didn't give me change) and they refused to help. However the guy in the evening was amazing and very helpful. He even helped to open my suitcase when I had lost the key. the hotel area is good and feels safe to walk around during the day. I wouldn't walk around at night especially if solo female. There is a shopping mall 5mins walk which had a supermarket and foodcourt. The breakfast in the hotel was very disappointing; I only ate once as had early start with tours but they did pack me fruits to take away when asked which was great. There was a pool upstairs but it was cold so never used it and it did look a bit run-down. They should consider cleaning or refurbishing it. "

"The Boma Nairobi had everything I needed. The bathroom had options for a quick shower, and a deep bath- which for me, as someone who is big on self-care really loves. Next, the buffet option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, provides one with several options of what to eat. Next, the staff members are very professional and peasant. Lastly, the security protocol is worth mentioning, because you go through a check, similar to the TSA at an airport, which for me, was really cool. "At the price point which I paid. This is great value for the money. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Will stay there again. The stafg are pleasant and nice. Again, anyone that complains about this hotel needs to book a $250 night hotel which will meet their needs. You can expect to stay at a three-star hotel and get a five-star accommodation."
